dc.description.abstract InthefieldofIT,cloudcomputingintroducesanewera. AlmosteverypartoftheITdepends on this cloud computing. It is the latest technique of providing computational resources as a service. It reduces many hurdles in the field of IT. This technology allows for much more efficient computing by centralizing data storage, processing and bandwidth. The popularity ofcloudcomputingisincreasingdaybyday. Themainobjectiveofthisthesisistointroduce acloudbasedmobileSIMcardregistrationsystemthatcanbeimplementedwiththehelpof acentraldatabase. Inthisresearch,thecentraldatabaseisthecloudstoragewhichcomprises withoverallinformationofacitizenofanyage. Thedatabasewillenrichwithone’spersonal information(suchasname,parentsname,presentandpermanentaddressetc)phonenumber, mobile number, passport number, voter id number, educational and job experience related information. It should be mentioned that this central database can only be implemented by theGovernmentandtheproposedmobileregistrationsystemiscompletelycountonit. This proposed system is online based, authenticated and efficient. It minimizes the persecution ofmobileSIMcardregistrationaswellasthevolumeofcrimerate. Thisresearchpaperhas focused on the implementation processes, performance analysis and other inputs/outputs of the proposed system are provided in this paper. Finally, future expansion along with possibilities of practical execution is also drawn in this paper. en_US
